Privacy Policy

PANZE (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a family financial planning product currently in pre-launch, operated from Singapore. This policy covers personal data we collect on panze.app and any subdomain we run.

If you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Optional answers to up to three onboarding questions (your role, what you'd try first, what matters most).
• Technical metadata your browser sends automatically when you submit the form (timestamp, referrer).

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or financial account data on this site. The PANZE product is not yet live.

We use your email address only to:

• Notify you when early access opens.
• Occasionally share updates about the launch.

We use your onboarding answers in aggregate to decide which features to prioritise. We never publish or sell individual answers.

We rely on your consentas the legal basis for processing — the same consent you give by clicking “Reserve my spot.” You can withdraw it any time (see Section 7).

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure in Singapore and does not leave the country.

We use industry-standard access controls and encrypted connections. Only trusted server code can read or modify the data — the public waitlist form is only able to add new entries.

We share your data with two categories of vendors who help us run the product, under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

• Supabase — database hosting.
• Vercel — web hosting and form delivery.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We keep waitlist data until either:

• We've fully launched and contacted you about early access, or
• You ask us to delete it.

If we decide not to launch PANZE, we'll delete all waitlist data within 90 days of that decision and let you know.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you.
• Correct— fix anything that's wrong.
• Withdraw consent — stop us from contacting you and have your data deleted.

If you're in the EU/UK, GDPR adds the right to data portability and to object to processing. If you're in California, CCPA gives you the right to know and delete.

To exercise any of these, email us at the address in Section 9. We'll respond within 30 days.

We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking on this site. The only cookies we set are functional ones required for the site to work (for example, your locale preference). We'll update this section before adding any analytics, and notify waitlist subscribers if we do.

For any privacy question — access, correction, deletion, or just curiosity — email support@panze.app. We're a small team and the founder reads every message.

When we change this policy materially, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and email everyone on the waitlist. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) are made silently.
